Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Billinghay, Lincoln area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

Key duties include:

  1. Undertake and manage direct resident care
  2. Plan and evaluate care needs
  3. Deliver care, including individual and group sessions, according to quality standards and legislation
  4. Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager to manage staffing and clinical needs

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Post-qualification experience in a related environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Experience in a similar role

Salary and Benefits:

  • £19.00 per hour, up to £43,472 annually
  • Available for day and night shifts
