Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Complex Care

As a Registered Nurse working within our packages of care, you will provide a high standard of nursing care to clients with complex needs. You will work closely with the family and MDT, under the oversight of the company’s complex community nurse. An up-to-date care plan will guide your work to ensure awareness of the client’s needs and wishes. You will deliver holistic, person-centred care to help clients reach their full potential. This role offers flexible working options.

You will deliver care in line with the care plan, including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Use of invasive ventilators during the night
• Deep suctioning
• Cough Assist
• Catheter Care
• Bowel Management
• Medication Administration

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an active NMC Pin and at least 3 years of experience
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
• Experience in moving and handling
• Experience with tracheostomies and ventilators
• Experience with cough assist, deep suctioning, and supra pubic catheters
• Experience with bowel management and medication administration
