Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our nursing service in Rotherham. You will deliver high-quality care and develop treatment plans with a dynamic team.

We support CPD and provide a range of benefits, with opportunities to enhance skills in dementia, pain management, stoma and catheter care. A UK nursing qualification and NMC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with UK-based qualification and current NMC registration.
• Experience as RGN/RMN/RNLD is required.
• CPD training in dementia, pain management, stoma care and catheter care.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing service in Rotherham and deliver high quality patient care.
• Develop care plans and work with the team to meet clinical needs.
• Support colleagues with clinical leadership and guidance.

Typical Shifts are: Mixed - 20 hours

We're currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in Rotherham This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington's, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Registered Nurses are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas' including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.

As a Registered Nurse with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Registered Nurse's are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Registered Nurse's are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care colleagues. You'll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Registered Nurses are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
