We're currently searching for a fantastic Clinical Lead to join us in leading our nursing service in Chippenham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington's, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Clinical Leads continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Clinical Leads are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas' including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.
As a Nurse with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Nurse's are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support and our clinical teams, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Nurse's are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care and clinical colleagues. We're interested in our Nurse's having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Lead Nurse's should have a UK based nursing qualification as well as relevant experience working in Clinical Leadership role and prior experience as an RGN, RMN or RNLD and be registered with the NMC.
