About the role

As our Nurse, you'll be responsible for all care and nursing needs of our residents. You will formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans, and will be highly experienced at this. You will supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents, understanding their likes, dislikes, and specific care needs.

Here’s Some Other Important Things You Need To Know
  • You need a valid registered NMC Pin.
  • You will dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining records.
  • You will carry out stock control and ordering of prescribed medication and medical supplies.
  • You must understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act.
