Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Deeside is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serving the nuclear energy sector. The role involves welding carbon and stainless-steel pipe and pipe spools, with strict quality and safety standards.

You will be tested with a 6G TIG welding assessment; current or previous certs are helpful but not essential as a weld test will be provided. We offer £24.83 per hour PAYE, weekly pay, overtime at premium rates, a pension scheme,

Qualifications

• Proficient in TIG (GTAW) pipe welding.
• 6G welding certification (TIG) preferred or to be tested if not held.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (nuclear/oil & gas/aerospace).
• Right to work in the UK; BPSS screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Weld carbon and stainless-steel pipe and spools at various stages.
• Quality checks through visual inspection and NDT inspections.
• Work towards installation on a nuclear site with high precision.
• Adhere to safety and workmanship standards.
