Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking Mechanical Fitters with steam and generator experience to support 2027 nuclear shutdown projects across three UK sites. The role offers long shifts, with 12 days on and 2 days off, across Hartlepool, Heysham and Torness.

Security clearance will be required; NES Fircroft will assist with the process. NAECI rates apply, and a lodge allowance is payable to contractors working across sites in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Fitter in nuclear/shutdown environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with steam systems and generator components preferred.
