Job summary

ES Recruit is seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join a major nuclear infrastructure programme in the UK. You will identify, assess and manage project risks across the construction lifecycle, supporting decision-making for senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in nuclear construction, and a track record of developing risk strategies, with hands-on qualitative and quantitative assessments. Competitive salary up to £65k.

Qualifications

• Experience in nuclear construction programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop risk strategies.
• Experience carrying out qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project risk registers across major infrastructure programmes.
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including QSRA and Monte-Carlo analysis where appropriate.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project delivery risks with project teams.
• Produce risk reports, dashboards and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Promote best practice in project risk management across the wider programme.
