Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Process Engineering Leader to guide a high-performing team on complex, nuclear and regulated projects. You will shape engineering capability, drive technical excellence and influence major programmes across the UK.

The role requires Chartered Engineer status, strong leadership and proven delivery across multiple facility lifecycle stages within regulated environments. A strategic, governance-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or related field, preferably with a Master’s.
Chartered Engineer status through IChemE or equivalent professional recognition.
Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated industries with strong governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead development and continuous improvement of process engineering capability, standards and best practice.
Provide technical oversight to project teams, delivering practical process engineering solutions.
Mentor and develop engineering personnel, supporting recruitment and career progression.
Coordinate process engineering resources across projects to align with priorities.
Support technical assurance activities including design reviews and regulatory engagement.
