Job summary

Rullion seeks a skilled Process Craft Technician for a 12-month contract in the nuclear sector. The role is shift-based, requiring flexibility to cover nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will operate and monitor plant equipment, perform routine maintenance, and record data accurately. Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, and have experience in regulated/high-hazard environments.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or process engineering.
• Experience in regulated/high-hazard industries (nuclear preferred).
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain plant equipment to high safety standards.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for reliability.
• Record operational data accurately and report anomalies promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers and team to support continuous improvement.
• Adhere to nuclear safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Wear full PPE and be DBS checked as required.
