Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Part-Time, 0.8FTE)
Location: Christchurch Hospital, Canterbury, New Zealand
Salary: As per the APEX agreement
About the Role: The Molecular Imaging & Therapy Department at Christchurch Hospital provides Radionuclide Imaging, Radio-pharmacy, and Therapy services. The team includes specialists, trainees, and technologists. The role involves performing a range of procedures including imaging, therapy, and in-vitro tests, with responsibilities in workload coordination, patient care, and radiation management.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with a rostered Radio-pharmacy shift from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Work days are negotiable.
Qualifications: Registration with NZ MRTB (Nuclear Medicine Technologist scope of practice) and a current practicing certificate are essential.
