We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiographer to lead our PET-CT service. In this role, you will work closely with other site leads and the Operational Lead Technologist to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of services within our PET-CT department. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking professional with a proven track record of leadership and management excellence.
As the post holder, you will oversee and inspire a dedicated and multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in driving the delivery of outstanding, high-quality PET-CT services while identifying and implementing opportunities for innovation and growth.
You will possess excellent technical skills in organising and delivering PET-CT studies, and have significant experience working in a large Nuclear Medicine departments. As the PET-CT lead, you will have outstanding communication, organisational, and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead colleagues, and create a multi-professional quality driven working environment with patients at the centre of care.

The successful post holder will provide senior leadership skills and have in-depth knowledge in Nuclear Medicine governance to support Technologists, Operational Lead Technologist and the Head of Nuclear Medicine within the department.
The post holder will have the ability to work effectively with other imaging service, professional leads within Nuclear Medicine, Radiopharmacy and clinical learning facilitators.
