Job summary

Assystem seeks a Mechanical Planning Engineer to lead integrated scheduling across piping, HVAC and M&E scopes on the UK nuclear project. You will develop logic-linked construction and commissioning schedules using Primavera P6, monitor critical paths and present KPI dashboards to stakeholders across Nuclear Island, Conventional Island and Balance of Plant.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, experience in nuclear or regulated environments, and ability to interface with

Qualifications

Proven planning experience on major mechanical, piping or M&E installation projects.
Advanced Primavera P6; able to build and maintain fully logic-linked schedules.
Background in nuclear, Oil & Gas, energy or a regulated construction environment.
Working knowledge of NEC contracts and project controls.
Strong understanding of commissioning interfaces and system turnover processes.
Power BI, Synchro or Acumen Fuse experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own integrated scheduling across piping, HVAC and M&E scopes using Primavera P6.
Work across Nuclear Island, Conventional Island and Balance of Plant.
Develop logic-linked construction and commissioning schedules.
Monitor critical path.
Produce KPI dashboards.
Interface with subcontractors, commissioning teams and client stakeholders.
