Job summary

TES Technical Engineering Support is seeking a Mechanical Planner to join the Integrated Planning team for the Mechanical Scope across NI, CI/BOP, and related systems. You will manage schedule baseline maintenance, drive integrated planning, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure safety, quality, time and cost are met on major energy infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Area Lead Planner, you will handle KPI generation, risk analysis, and stakeholder reporting, while following

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Experience in planning mechanical works within a complex, regulated industry (nuclear/energy ideal).
• Familiarity with Integrated Planning frameworks on major infrastructure projects and EPC methods in UK context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the mechanical schedule baseline integrated with WBS.
• Drive the Integrated Planning framework from Level 1 to Level 5 plans for mechanical scope.
• Apply Change & Trend controls, perform project-level analysis, generate KPIs, assess risks and opportunities.
• Produce and update area schedule reports for key stakeholders and challenge delivery milestones.
• Support risk evaluation for mechanical works with evidence-based analysis.
• Adhere to scheduling standards and protect sensitive information per client procedures.
