EDF Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead the Handover Team on major nuclear projects in the UK. The role involves coordinating design issues, managing interfaces, and ensuring timely delivery of HVAC systems across HPC and SZC, with regular site visits and international travel where needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC design engineering experience within complex or nuclear projects.
• Experience working on nuclear projects in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to manage technical issues, design changes, non-conformances, and engineering queries across suppliers and design teams.
• Strong relationship-building with suppliers, project teams, and technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt communication style for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the HVAC Handover Team for HPC and SZC projects.
• Act as the focal point for HVAC issue resolution between suppliers, project teams and design teams.
• Manage design changes, open points, contractor requests and engineering queries through delivery.
• Coordinate configuration and technical information to maintain HPC-SZC alignment.
• Develop processes, reporting and ways of working to support project outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration between suppliers and back-office design teams for timely issue resolution.
