Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between HVAC design teams and construction teams.
• Develop and review HVAC designs and confirm accuracy of specifications.
• Support commissioning activities to ensure HVAC systems operate as intended.

Skills

Proficiency with HVAC design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools)

Understanding of ventilation and heat load calculations

Strong problem-solving ability

Attention to detail

Knowledge of commissioning processes
