Babcock is recruiting a Finance Business Partnering Manager for Devonport Royal Dockyard, Plymouth. The role is 35 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern and an expectation of 2–3 days on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with commercial financial insight.
• Experience leading annual planning cycles and rolling forecasts.
• Strong governance, controls, and reporting with process improvement.
• Proven people leadership and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning across the Nuclear sector.
• Provide financial insight, challenge and decision support to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage financial reporting activities for the Corporate Services contract within Naval Nuclear.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting, governance, controls and MI.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while promoting high performance.
