Job summary

ARDATEM is recruiting an Electrical Engineer specialised in the nuclear sector for our Bristol agency. The role requires at least 3 years’ experience in electrical equipment installation, ideally on nuclear sites such as NPPs, HPC, or EPR Taishan.

You will ensure safety and reliability, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to upgrade projects. The position is based in Bristol with a negotiable salary, reflecting profile, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience installing electrical equipment.
• Experience on nuclear sites (NPP, HPC, EPR Taishan) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft methodologies for installation of electrical equipment, both temporary and permanent.
• Supervise MV, LV and HV systems within a European Pressurized Reactor project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, safety and reliability.
• Contribute to upgrade and modification projects for installations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and industry standards.
