Job summary

Sectora Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of complex work packages on a major nuclear new-build project in Ipswich. You will guide site delivery teams and specialist subcontractors, coordinating with the client, principal contractors and supply chain.

The role requires a strong technical background, at least five years in project or site management within construction or geotechnical fields, and a proven ability to manage risks, reports and

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline relevant to construction.
• CSCS card, SMSTS and driving license are required or desirable.
• Experience with geotechnical or related works preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and specialist subcontractors to deliver work safely, efficiently and to required quality.
• Promote a proactive SHE culture and regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor progress against programmes, milestones and performance targets.
• Identify risks early and implement recovery and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and attend client meetings.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives, principal contractors and suppliers.
• Represent the project on site with clear communication and professionalism.
• Support client satisfaction and development of long-term relationships.
