Job summary

NRL Group is seeking an experienced Coordination Team Floor Manager to lead safety-focused coordination across designated floor levels of a nuclear construction site. You will optimise space, manage access routes and align with planning requirements to ensure safe, efficient delivery.

You will work with construction teams, permits, temporary works, lifting operations and client representatives, attend daily coordination meetings, and promote a strong nuclear safety culture while maintaining

Qualifications

• SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification.
• Experience in coordination, works management, or construction supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary construction environment.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities on allocated floor levels in line with project priorities and planning requirements.
• Manage workspace, laydown areas, access routes and pedestrian walkways.
• Monitor activities and proactively resolve issues, escalating where necessary.
• Ensure emergency exits, evacuation routes and access ways remain clear and accessible at all times.
• Engage with construction teams and supervisors to ensure works are executed safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other Floor Managers to deliver a coordinated approach across multiple work fronts.
• Support and, where required, challenge supervisory personnel to ensure activities stay aligned with the plan.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and weekly planning reviews, presenting updates on floor activities and constraints.
• Coordinate MEWP activities and access requirements on assigned levels.
• Promote a strong nuclear safety culture and maintain high housekeeping standards.
