The Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute as part of our world-leading organization, addressing critical challenges in energy security and environmental sustainability. The post holder will support the implementation, commissioning, management, and operation of the University’s new alpha radionuclide laboratory. They will also lead efforts on environmental issues, reporting directly to the Nuclear Laboratory Control Manager (NLCM) and working within the Nuclear Compliance core team, which includes safety, security, and project coordination staff.

The successful candidate will assist in fulfilling the University’s obligations under various health, safety, environmental, and security regulations, ensuring compliance in radiological safety and environmental management.
