This role is within the NTQ Team, part of the Property Directorate. The Property Team manages estate and property strategies across the network, ensuring partners & suppliers adhere to guidelines for work or upgrades on the property estate.

The NTQ Central Delivery Manager will oversee the setup of NTQ reporting in Site Tracker, manage high-risk and dead sites, investigate solutions, and coordinate access issues with Property & Legal to ensure proper ticket management.

What you will do:
  1. Manage code acquisition processes for renewals and new site acquisitions.
  2. Set up NTQ end-to-end reporting in Site Tracker and transfer knowledge from previous projects.
  3. Ensure data integrity and manage exception reporting with internal teams and suppliers.
  4. Reduce high-risk and dead sites, exploring alternative solutions.
  5. Manage guidance, processes, and reporting for site exit negotiations and decommissioning.
  6. Guide and lead suppliers to maintain site coverage and minimize impact on coverage.
  7. Develop and communicate strategy processes and procedures.
  8. Assist in contract scope changes with suppliers.
  9. Manage SLA performance and implement recovery plans if needed.
  10. Collaborate with surveyors, lawyers, and suppliers to categorize site risks and report on high-risk sites.
  11. Ensure suppliers keep accurate risk databases and forecasting data.
What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge and experience in design and construction.
  • Experience working in operator, managed service, or small works contractor environments.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of CDM, Building, and Fire Safety.
  • Experience in telecoms ADC projects.
