The post holder will work closely with the Portfolio leadership team including the Pathway Managers, Deputy and Chief Nurse, Clinical Directors and service teams.
As a member of the nursing leadership team, the applicant will provide clinical expertise and ensure the day to day operation of services. They will promote, develop and manage designated teams to facilitate the delivery of appropriate care to the patient population to local and national standards.
The post holder will take a lead role in working with the Senior Charge Nurses to deliver person centered, quality care. The post holder will provide care assurance and the delivery of safe, quality nursing services, to the Chief Nurse and across the organisation.
