A leading healthcare organization in Scotland is seeking a Quality Improvement & Assurance Advisor. In this full-time hybrid role, you will lead initiatives to enhance quality improvement across the organization, providing oversight to teams and driving strategic priorities aligned with national frameworks. Ideal candidates have strong leadership experience in QI projects and relevant qualifications.
Secondment Opportunity: Quality Improvement & Assurance Advisor (Band 7)
Location: NHS Grampian – hybrid Summerfield House
Duration: Fixed-term secondment (until end of May 2026)
Hours: Full-time (37hrs) with part-time considered

We are offering an exciting secondment opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Quality Improvement and Assurance Team (QIAT) as part of our senior management team. This role has been strategically commissioned to deliver a focused programme of work that strengthens our improvement infrastructure and aligns local efforts with national priorities.
