  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement upgrades.
  • Respond to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and ensure data compliance.
  • Participate in audits, system testing, and evaluation of training effectiveness.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is ideally -

  • Technically skilled – with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, and ideally experience with Datix or similar systems.
  • A confident communicator – able to deliver training, explain complex information clearly, and build strong working relationships.
  • Organised and detail-oriented – with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experienced in system administration – with a background in supporting or managing IT systems and a good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
  • Educated to HND level or equivalent – with additional training or experience to degree level. A formal training qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Additional Requirements
