Job description

Senior Sales/Ledgers Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Sales/Ledgers Assistant(part time)to support the Finance team with clinical studies taking place in NHS Grampian. The post-holder will work on finances relating to the commercial and non-commercial medical research in NHS-Grampian, providing finance/administrative support to clinical studies, and generate income from the trial activities.

Educated to standard grade or equivalent level with excellent IT skills, the post-holder will have experience of working in a finance environment and be comfortable with using databases/web-based software systems. They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
