Job summary

Frontline Construction seeks an experienced NRSWA Street Works Operative with a valid SWQR card for an immediate start in CB11 area (Saffron Walden region). The role requires proven sewer connection experience on public highways and adherence to street works regulations.

You will join a team of operatives to complete highway sewer connections safely, efficiently and to required standards. Immediate start for suitably qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid SWQR card and NRSWA Street Works qualifications required.
• Experience carrying out sewer connections on public highways.
• Ability to work to highway safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out sewer connection works on a public highway.
• Working alongside other groundworkers, drainage operatives and street works operatives.
• Following NRSWA requirements and highway health and safety procedures.
• Ensuring the work area is correctly signed, guarded and maintained.
• Using tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Relevant, in-date NRSWA Street Works Operative qualifications for the duties required.
• Previous experience with sewer connections on public highways.
• Experience working as a Street Works Operative, NRSWA Operative or Drainage Operative.
• Own suitable PPE.
• Good understanding of highway safety and street works regulations.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Candidates without the relevant SWQR card and street works qualifications will not be considered.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced NRSWA Street Works Operative with a valid SWQR Card for an upcoming project in the CB11 area.

The successful candidate must have proven experience carrying out sewer connections on public highways and hold a valid Street Works Qualification Register (SWQR) card, with the relevant qualifications for the work being undertaken.

You will be working alongside other operatives to complete a highway sewer connection safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Street Works Operative, NRSWA Operative or Drainage Operative with experience in highway works and sewer connections.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out sewer connection works on a public highway.
