Here at the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) you will join an innovative, forward thinking team with the collective objective of providing first class rehabilitation to our patients.
The role of the NRC Team Administration Assistant is integral to the patient journey and interdisciplinary team. This role helps to support the NRC team providing administrative and secretarial support to the team. We are looking for 2 part-time candidates, working 18.75 hours each.

Planning for the NRC is in its advanced stages, and the building will be ready in the Autumn of 2025. This role will be temporarily based at our current unit Linden Lodge at City Hospital until we move to the70 bed NRC facility late 2025.

The successful candidate will support the NRC team by assisting in the day to day administration. We are looking for someone competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and experience of hospital systems including Webhiss, Careflow, DHR, NOTIS and HealthRoster is desirable.
We are looking to appoint a conscientious and enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational and communication skills and be well motivated and reliable. You will be able to understand and accurately convey verbal and written information and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will be able to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of a busy department.
