The NRC is a new purpose-built 70 bed facility on the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate near Loughborough, co-located with the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre. Academic partners, led by the University of Nottingham and Loughborough University, will ensure research and innovation and training and education in rehabilitation are embedded at the NRC and central to clinical practice. The NRC is at a crucial stage of workforce planning to ensure the centre is established robustly to achieve excellence in patient outcomes, education and to embed research into clinical practice. Although this post will initially be based at Linden Lodge to support rehabilitation of patients in this setting, the successful candidate will be expected to transition with the service to the NRC.
