Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Community Treatment and Care Healthcare Support Worker to provide treatment room care at Aberlour Medical Centre and Glenlivet Medical Practice. Community Treatment and Care (CTAC)

Treatment Room Health Care Support Worker

Location Aberlour Medical Centre and Glenlivet Medical Practice

9 hours per week - Permanent

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Health Care Support Worker to provide treatment room care within our Community and Treatment and Care Service based between the Aberlour Medical Centre and the Glenlivet Medical Practice in Morayshire. This will be worked over set 2 full days and 1 half day each week.

Community and Treatment Room Service (CTAC) staff work as integral members of practice clinical teams. They work with GPs, practice staff and community teams as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, utilising their skills to complement those of other team members to support GP practices in providing the best care for our patients. The CTAC staff will work with the entire nurse team (both community and practice) to form a cohesive single nurse team to provide primary care to the patient group.

We are looking for applicants who are caring, adaptable and forward thinking.

Due to the location, a car driver/owner is essential.

Training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
