Job description

Job Title: Health Care Support Worker (Band 3)

Location: Huntly Secondary Care Hub

We are seeking a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker for a 14.8-hour position, working over 2 days, in Ambulatory Care within Huntly Community Secondary Care Hub. The role involves basic observations, phlebotomy, and urinalysis for secondary care patients in the community.

This position requires flexibility as there are multiple hubs across Aberdeen City and the Shire. The post will be predominantly based in Huntly, with access to a car and a valid driving license essential, as travel to various hubs may be required.

  • Motivated, trustworthy, and good communicator
  • Experience in Venepuncture is advantageous but full training will be provided
