Band 5 Community Nurse Vacancy

Location: Buckie and Cullen Locality District Nursing Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our busy and friendly District Nursing Team. The post holder will support senior nursing staff with the delivery of safe and holistic care to a caseload of housebound patients with complex needs. The District Nursing Team provides nursing care to patients registered with Ardach Health Centre and Seafield and Cullen Medical Group. Both practices have strong communication links between different professions. Experience in community nursing with a wide variety of skills and knowledge of health and social care issues is desirable but not essential.

The candidate should be willing to work flexibly, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be committed to being a team player, and have a desire to deliver high-quality patient care.
