An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced, ambitious Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) to join the Health and Social Care Partnerships Practice Education and Development team within NHS Grampian covering North Aberdeenshire on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of extension to a permanent role.
Working as an Associate Practice Educator, you will be directly involved in supporting work-based learning for HCSWs across NHS Grampian. A key part of the role will be to support the coordination and delivery of an enhanced HCSW induction and clinical skills pathways.
The successful candidate will be supported to develop facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. They will have professional supervision and access to a wide network of practice educators, including other Associate Practice Educators within NHS Grampian.
