Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at NHS Scotland for a dynamic Specialist Practitioner District / Senior Community Nurse within the Peterhead Community Nursing Team. Qualifications

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Specialist Practitioner District /Senior Community Nurse to work within the Peterhead Community Nursing Team.

The Peterhead Community Nursing Team is committed to delivering high quality nursing care to the local communities as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

The successful applicant will have a Specialist Practitioner District Nursing qualification or an Integrated Community Nursing Diploma, and ideally have the V300 Nurse Qualification or be willing to work towards this.

The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, coordinating, and delivering safe and effective person-centred care.

The post holder must demonstrate excellent clinical leadership and change management skills. High-quality communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire, empower, and motivate their team.

It is essential that the successful candidate owns a car or has access to one.
