TeacherActive is recruiting NQTs for Swansea to gain classroom experience before you secure a qualified post. Work in local primary schools in unqualified teaching, classroom support, and cover roles until the end of the academic year, helping you build confidence and experience.

We offer ongoing support from consultants, CPD training, weekly PAYE, and a Refer a Friend scheme. Roles can be long-term or flexible day-to-day supply to fit around you.

Qualifications

• Are you due to qualify as a Primary Teacher in September 2026 and looking to gain valuable classroom experience before securing your first teaching role?
