CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location: Bristol (various locations)

Position: Teaching Assistant, Teacher, or Cover Supervisor

Type of work: Carry out professional duties, support groups or 1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunities, support class teacher in delivering lessons

Start Date: Immediate – ongoing assignment

Rate of pay: £95 – £135

Hours: 08:30 – 16:00

EXPERIENCE

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)

* QTS for Teachers

* Experience working in Primary Schools

* Experience of inclusive classroom practice

* Understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements

* Previous experience supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis

* Driving (not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold the right to work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional child-related references
