Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for resolving complex estate disputes? A Top 100 UK law firm is looking to grow its award-winning Contentious Trusts & Probate team in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice, ranked Tier 1 in both Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth Guide.

The Opportunity
Play an integral part of a high-performing team that handles some of the UK's most intricate and high-value trust and estate disputes. You'll work alongside leading experts in the field, supporting cases involving:

  • Will validity challenges
  • Executor disputes and removals
  • Proprietary estoppel and Inheritance Act claims
  • Trust disputes involving family dynamics and offshore structures
  • You'll also collaborate with non-contentious colleagues on estates where litigation and administration intersect, giving you exposure to a broad range of private client work.
