Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor (newly qualified welcome) with a strong interest in contentious probate and trust work.
• Exposure to litigation and/or private client work advantageous but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise in WTED matters.

Responsibilities

• Based at our Swansea office, you will join our specialist, award winning WTED team, working on a broad range of contentious matters including will challenges, inheritance claims, and trust disputes.
• You'll be supported by respected experts in the field and will have the opportunity to grow your expertise, contribute to business development, and build long-term client relationships.
