Overview

NQ - 3 PQE Solicitor - Contentious Probate, Hampshire – onsite to start with. Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + market leading bonus.

We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500, top tier firm, recognised nationally for its expertise in private wealth and dispute resolution. The firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Contentious Probate team.

Will challenges and Inheritance Act claims; Contentious trusts and estates; Executor and trustee disputes; Multi-jurisdictional estate issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle contentious probate matters including will challenges and Inheritance Act claims.
• Advise and act in contentious trusts and estates, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional estate issues where applicable.
• Direct client contact and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior fee earners and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
