Solicitor/Associate - Residential Development - Cambridge or Chelmsford with hybrid working

An expanding Real Estate team within a forward-thinking, full service, leading UK law firm with excellent career prospects

Role
  • Working with and supporting senior fee earners in the team on a wide variety of residential development and strategic land acquisitions and disposals
  • Act for a broad range of developers, affordable housing providers, local authorities, promoters and landowners.
  • Early responsibility and opportunity to network and grow client relationships.
  • Actively participating in business development
You
  • NQ-5 years PQE in the residential development sector with a desire to further specialise within this area
  • Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
