Overview

Contentious Probate Solicitor - Swansea. Fantastic opportunity for an NQ solicitor to join a contentious probate team. We are seeking an ambitious solicitor to join this contentious probate team where you will work on a mixed caseload of contentious trusts and probate. Your contentious probate caseload will include challenges to the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance Act 1975, equitable claims such as proprietary estoppel and disputes involving trusts and trustees.
