Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or due to qualify soon.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in Private Client law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on private client matters with high standard of client care.
• Gradually develop and manage your own caseload.
• Draft Wills and codicils.
• Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Estate administration and Probate matters.
• Inheritance Tax and estate planning.
• Trust creation and administration.
• Court of Protection matters.
• Advising elderly and vulnerable clients.
• Support business development and networking activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
