Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of an East London-based law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills & Probate/Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This full-time, office-based position is suitable for newly qualified candidates or those with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Company Overview - The firm is well-established and respected, specializing in conveyancing (residential and commercial), litigation, family law, and private client services. They are expanding their private client team due to recent growth.

Role Overview: - As a key member of the private client team, responsibilities include estate administration (probate and intestacy), applying for grants of representation, preparing inheritance tax returns, drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (Finance & Property and Health & Welfare), and managing Court of Protection deputyship cases. Client interaction requires a confident and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate administration, including probate and intestacy cases
