You’ll gain exposure to abroad range of private client work, including wills, estate administration, and statutory wills, while working closely withclients, families, and carers. Many of the firm’s clients come fromprofessional referrals, other law firms, and the Court of Protection team, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise incomplex estate matters and vulnerable client work.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor who:

• Essential:Has recently qualified or is approaching qualification througha training contract or SQE route.
• Essential:Hasprivate client experiencegained during training.
• Desirable:HasCourt of Protection experience(but this is not essential).
• Essential:Isproactive, organised, and eager to develop their expertisein this area.
• Essential:Can build strong relationships withclients, families, and other professionals.
