A leading legal firm in Inverness is seeking a 2nd-year trainee or newly qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client team. The position offers the chance to manage a full Private Client caseload, including Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning. Overview

I'm looking to speak to any 2nd-year trainees approaching qualification or newly qualified Solicitors keen to pursue a career within Private Client law in Inverness. One of Scotland's leading teams in this area is expanding its offering in the region, providing a full Private Client caseload, including:

• Wills
• Trusts & Executries
• Estate and Succession Planning
• Adults with incapacity
• All other related Private Client matters

Responsibilities

The team is seeking a candidate who can contribute to expanding and consolidating the practice in Inverness and the North, and who is prepared to manage a varied workload while prioritising clients’ aims for themselves, their families and their businesses.

Qualifications / Experience

• Has some Private Client experience, or can display a true desire to pursue a long-term career in this field
• Is comfortable managing a varied workload
• Will put clients' aims for themselves, families and businesses first
• Has a track record of networking and business development and will be keen to continue this to grow the firm’s offering in the region
• Would be open to pursuing STEP qualification during the junior stages of their qualified legal career
