Qualifications

• Experience in Trust Administration, Tax Planning Advice, Complex Inheritance Tax returns, Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney preferred.
• Ideally experienced in Private Client matters but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to be part of a regionally renowned department, where you will handle a broad and engaging caseload. You will work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.

What we are looking for:

• A newly qualified Private Client Solicitor (0–2 years PQE)
• Private Client Solicitor to progress mattersin Trust Administration, Tax Planning Advice, Complex Inheritance Tax returns, Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Ideally experienced in Private Client matters but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A Private Client Solicitor with a proactive, client-focused approach
