We have an exciting opportunity within an intellectual property law firm specialising in high-value and complex patent matters. Their multidisciplinary team combines patent attorneys, litigators, and commercial IP lawyers across the UK, Germany, and the USA, with recent expansion into Sweden.

The Role:

Due to an expanding client base and workload, this client seeks a newly qualified Patent Attorney with a high-tech background.

The successful candidate:

• Will be comfortable working in a modern, fast-paced environment with a degree of autonomy.
• Will be a newly qualified attorney, ideally both UK and European qualified. Candidates with only UK or European qualification, or with 1-2 exams remaining, will be considered.
• Should have experience drafting patent applications related to mechanical technologies.
