What will you do?

• Advise on all aspects ofproperty litigation and associated commercial litigation (ie insolvency & debt recovery)
• Act for small and medium sized businesses, local/regional charities, regional/national housing associations as well as private individuals
• Handle Landlord & Tenant matters
• Manage cross referrals from other teams

What will you need?

• To be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or have up to 5 years PQE within litigation
• Litigation Solicitors and Legal Executives looking to diversify into property litigation are welcome to apply
