Newly Qualified Family Solicitor – Public & Private Family Law
A well-regarded law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor to join its Family Law team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, covering all aspects of both public and private family law, while working efficiently as part of a collaborative team.
Required Experience:
  • Newly qualified lawyer with experience in both public and privately funded family law matters.
  • Experience in handling advocacy and managing a caseload independently.
  • Strong understanding of legal aid processes.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
