Overview

Employment Solicitor, NQ - 5 years PQE – Salisbury. This leading regional law firm is expanding and seeking an additional Employment Solicitor to join their highly rated team to handle a varied caseload of employment related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Deal with a full and varied caseload of employment related matters, including contracts of employment, TUPE, restrictive covenants, redundancy and employment tribunal claims.
  • Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of employers and employees.
Qualifications
  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with up to 5 years PQE in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Ideal candidates will have a strong track record across all types of employment matters for both employers and employees.
  • Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered and should have completed at least one seat within employment law.
Salary and Benefits

Salary is dependent on experience with a comprehensive benefits package on offer.
